Learning & Development Programs

All programs are highly interactive, allowing participants to apply new learning to their own situations.

Programs are offered either in-house or open and can be tailored to your specific partnership, organisation or sector.

Partnership Programs

· Elements of effective partnership: two-hour workshop overview.

· Elements of effective partnership: series of 9 two hour in depth workshops.

· Networking for Community Partnerships: three-hour workshop.

· Power in Partnerships: two-hour workshop.

· Stakeholder identification and engagement: three-hour workshop.

· The Partnership Experience: a 1+3+1 day immersion experience where participants are exposed to a frontline partnership delivery environment, working with a broad range of stakeholders.

· Partnership Forums: facilitated monthly 90minute sessions where those involved in partnership working come together to share knowledge and experience.

Leadership Programs

· Leadership in partnership: two-hour workshop overview.

· Leadership in partnership: theory and practice; series of 4 two hour workshops, exploring traditional theories of leadership and how they are best applied in a partnership context.

· Partnership Leader/Manager/Coordinator/Facilitator Programme: a post-graduate level course where participants learn current theories and effective practice in partnership working before designing and implementing a work-based partnership development strategy. (Based on the Certificate in Partnership Working program developed and led by our principal when she was a Fellow of Bournemouth University, UK.)

Learning

· Action Learning: introductory two hour workshop.

· Action learning set for partnership workers: 6-8 facilitated full day meetings.

· Action learning facilitator training: 6 facilitated full day meetings.
